MELISSA IS A REALLY FRIENDLY SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE BUT YOUR OVERALL SERVICE DEPARTMENT LACKS PROFESSIONALISM. I HAD TO BE ON A RENTAL CAR FOR 2 DAYS, BECAUSE MY CAR WASN'T READY FOR ME WHEN IT WAS PROMISE. SHE TRY HER BEST TO MAKE ME HAPPY AND I AM HAPPY WITH THE WAY SHE HANDLE THE SITUATION.

I had two tires repaired and the spare was left out in the back of the car. I have never had any place repairing a tire not return the spare to the same place it belongs.
