I figured I try you guys out since I live closer to this dealership. When I arrived someone who seemed confused asked me if I had an appointment I said yes.. then left me there and I heard him say he was going to lunch to another guy.. I then waited in my truck with no line for 15 minutes before I approached someone at the podium.. asked him what was going on and if someone was going to inform me on what to do.. I felt unwelcome at Elmore Toyota and will be returning my business to Toyota of Huntington Beach.
