The tire monitoring sensor light is not fixed. The lock on the passengers door still doesn’t work. I took the truck on the 18th . Tony from the service Dept called me today Jan 22 saying that everything has been fixed. When we turned on the truck the sensor light is still on and we showed it to Tony. He told us to call the sales manager to tell them the issue . This is just so frustrating because nobody in the sales department is always out and so hard to get a hold of any body.

Christopher was very professional and kept me informed regarding the completion of the service both by text and by a phone call.
The pick up was very efficient and quick.
Not sure about current dealership policy but a courtesy car wash would be a nice touch, but it’s not a deal breaker.
Either way I will continue to recommend this dealership to others.

I was told last year that toyota care maintenance plan was going to be extended for 2 months due to pandemic. My plan originally ended in November 25th and with the additional 2 months it was going to end in January 25th 2021. I came for the last oil change and was told that the plan had expired, I told them about the 2 months extension but he said “yeah I heard about it but it doesn’t show on my computer”. You guys should be on the same page
