She was especially friendly and helpful. I asked if I could possibly wait the two hours for the airbag install and she said she would get it done for me in that time. And she did!! Saved me two Uber trips. Thank you

The service provided was good. I would have liked for it to have cost a little less. I wasn’t aware the additional ToyotaCare I purchased had lapsed and with pandemic I wasn’t expecting today’s 5 K service to cost $250. Ouch!

The service itself was fine but following the service, the valet brought the wrong car up (not that big of a deal, I understand mistakes happen) but when my car was brought up, it wasn’t washed. I’ve been having my service & maintenance done at Elmore Toyota every 6 months for 5 years and it has ALWAYS been washed following service. I was very disappointed.
