Phillip was very polite and answered my questions. He also apologised several times when he did not acknowledge a discount coupon that I presented to him at our initial interaction. I did tell him that the discount was also advertised on the Toyota website so that other future customers might ask for it also. He was gracious as he corrected the charge for service.
