The mechanics should have recognized the severity of the car”s damage. It had a damaged oil pan and subsequent leack. Because of their incompetence, they allowed destruction of a rebuilt Engine. They addressed orther issues while the engine light was on! Ignorant. Mismanaged.
Melissa was excellent in trying her best. Went above and beyond for me, given the situation. I am grateful for her professionalism.
