Melissa was great! I had other problems. First, I called service twice and no one answered. I then scheduled online. I was told a week ago to bring my vehicle in for the fuel pump fix. I dropped it off, and then the tech found that the pump wasn't in stock. I got home and read on the service report that air pressure in tires was 32. I just checked one and it is 36, the correct pressure.

I did go in for my maintenance check thinking I would also have an oil change but Melissa said not until 10,000 miles . I was A little surprised because out 2006 Camry which we still have had synthetic oil in it all it’s life & we changed the oil every 5,0000 miles . But my understanding is it’s now 10,000 miles on the new cars . I’m very glad that you are as concerned for our family as we are . We really appreciate that having had Toyota’s since 1999.
