He did awesome job with car maintenance and today was packed with cars but he had the car done before arranged time. Happy with today service.

I had an appointment at 10 am for the 15000 miles! I arrived on time! They gave a number to my car! I waited and waited and no service advisor come over! I asked why, they said you didn’t choose a specific advisor! Your appointment was open! 6 cars after me get through for maintenance! Disappointed! after 30 minutes waiting in line, finally Hector the advisor came over and process the paperwork! He is new, the estimated time be done at 1200 within 1 1/2 hrs! I looked outside and my car still sitting in the parking lot not moved for service! Waited and waited passed it on my car1200 noon and everyone after me was gone! Disappointed! Looking for Hector, was at lunch! Looking for Mr. CARLOS Gonzalez the Director, he was off! I talk to service advisor Duy, he is willing to help, but gave me excuse for not starting on my car because busy and coronavirus! I don’t get it! Coronavirus has nothing to do with my car!Duy help and brought my car to the service! The problem is the technician never probably pay any attention to what car is next! I could have gone auto shop and done there and pay to save hassle! I don’t know which dealership I trust! I left HB and south coast Toyota because of bad services and reported them to the corporate because it was serious! I choose Elmore over them! I don’t think it’s Hector fault, he is new! I will go back, I had communicated with Mr. Carlos in the past! Thanks

I had an appointment at 10 am after 30 waiting someone finally comes and helps me out. Everyone that was behind me had left and gotten helped out. I was the last person to be helped out. Then I waited for my car do get the service, everyone’s car that was behind me was brought up and taken to the customer and every time I would ask it was always another 30 min wait. I get it, my service was free but there is no reason why I had to wait 3 hrs 45 minute while others waited less. Yes, maybe different service but still...also no one was wearing there mask properly. One of the sales man wasn’t wearing a mask at all. Half of the guys were wearing it at chin level like it’s a joke. This is very serious and critical. The guys are not even wearing any gloves and and one of the salesman even had a cough. Worst experience ever. Not planning on going back. This are hard times and need to have had a excellent experience on feeling safe. Some customers were not even wearing face mask. Ugh. Chris tried his best to get me out of there as fast and he was excellent at customer service but his team was the worst.

Lennon Van has help me take care of my 2012 Toyota Camery.
He always let me know what I need and don’t need. Some would take advantage because I’m a woman but Lennon doesn’t do that. He’s an honest person and let’s me know what my car needs and what it needs in the future.
