Melissa was great, she is great! very friendly, very helpful! kept me apprised with everything involved in the service of my vehicle. Melissa is a wonderful service associate, do everything you can to hang onto her. She’s a great asset to Elmore Toyota don’t lose her.

I really liked the speed at which my Toyota was seviced + my tires were inflated to my specs @ 37 PSI for all four (4) tires. I was disappointed that I was not able to view "The Today Show" while waiting for my car; I was told that all news channels have been banned for now ... is that true?!
