Melissa was great. I had called earlier Saturday morning the person who answered did not provide her name but informed me that an appointment wasn’t necessary and that they were taking walk ins. I arrived a little after 10am and Melissa checked me in. She was very friendship and told me my car would be done at about 2pm. To my surprise my oil change was done by 12:30pm! An associate who brought my car around helped remove some factory stickers I still had on. Great, prompt, safe service following all covid19 practices! Thank you Elmore!
