Duy is a very pleasant young man. He was very helpful and personable.

I took my car in at 11:00am and was told it’s be ready by 2, because your dealership was backed up which I was fine with. 2 o'clock comes and nobody has contacted me. So I call around 2:15 and they said Melissa was out to lunch. So I asked if they could check on my car to see if it was done. The person said that he cannot tell me that and only she would know. We get there around 2:30 and the guys desk who is by Melissa’s, he said she just stepped away from the desk and to wait at her desk and she’ll be back soon. After 5 minutes of waiting she still wasn’t back, so he helped me. He gave me the paperwork to sign and to get my car. My car gets pulled up and it wasn’t even washed after getting serviced. Then I finally look at my paperwork and it says my car was ready at 1:30. Why wasn’t I contacted then by her or anyone else if she was at lunch. My car was at the dealership for 3 and a half hours for the simple 5,000 miles service. And it was done after 2 and a half hours without ever being contacted. It was very much so an inconvenience and I was never contacted later from Melissa to explain what happened. Plus when it was done I don’t think it met the simple standard of being quickly washed, like it always is after being serviced. I was very unsatisfied and will never be back.

when i went to David for a trade in appraisal he made a copy of my service paperwork and i never got it back just a photo copy of first page that was one thing i didn't like how they lost my paperwork or who knows threw it away but also it didn't go the way i expected so i walked away but the service side has always been a good experience

He was extremely nice and helpful, we even talked a little bit about cars and he was telling me how much he likes my car.
