Colleen could not have done more to make my service experience nicer. She was very knowledgeable about the maintenance requirements of my TSX and explained everything in detail both before the service and after it was completed. When realizing that the agreed upon work would take most of the day she offered me a loaner vehicle and the return of my TSX to my home in Ocean View, DE the next day. at no charge. Colleen was very pleasant and sincere in making my experience as trouble free as possible. Actually it was the best car maintenance experience I’ve ever had.
