Bryan, once again, was on the lookout for my Acura. It had to have a bent wheel straightened after an accident.
Bryan is a true gentleman & he should get some type of recognition beyond a clapping of the hands in a meeting. I think he should receive some type of monetary recognition.
He is AN outstanding Acura service department member. I’m not a car guy but he ALWAYS takes the time to explain complicated car problems to me in a language that I can understand and grasp.
I would do everything I could to retain the type of excellent service.
