Being my first time there, I was not aware of what I was doing. This is not their fault but they also were not very nice about it. It actually felt like I was back at school and I was not impressed. When we got to the part of the lady checking my car she was answering my questions with attitude. My grandmother and I then went to the waiting room. Here, the lady was nice. The waiting room was freezing and we ended up waiting an extra 15 minutes past what we were supposed to get my car. As I was sitting in the waiting room waiting for my car, I went to the service desk to ask about tinting. He said ask one of the guys where my car was. I caught a guy on my way out. He had a soccer team shirt on. He was not very helpful and acted as if I was not important. I took that because I looked young. The best part of my experience was when I left. The nice gentleman told me why there was a car in front of mine and I’d have to wait a minute. I didn’t mind that bc he was actually nice about it.

Wait to be seen upon arrival was way too long. You must figure out how to manage your customer service process better. I was 10 minutes in line with no clue if I was even in the right place. They were moving my car without even acknowledging me.

Normally I am very satisfied; however, there seems to have been some confusion today and we weren’t informed or questioned about additional services needed before the car was completed. For example I had asked for my fog light to be replaced if additional things weren’t recommended to be serviced. So in the end my light wasn’t replaced because we weren’t informed of the additional services before completion. But again I would like to say normally we are satisfied.

My car sat in the service lane for over 30 minutes after all the service was complete. The service advisor kept checking in people that were just arriving instead if raking a few minutes to print my paperwork so I could get going.
