I was asked to bring my car in the day before by 8pm for an early morning appointment, but when I arrived was told they were too busy to check me in and I needed to complete the overnight drop off. Then received an early morning call asking when my car was going to arrive when it was already there. I received a call that my car was ready for pick up and when I arrived to pick up my car I was once again told that they were very busy and they needed to help people ahead of me. Honestly I did not feel like the customer service was very welcoming.
