I’m not happy that I was not told that my car was complete, I had to ask if it was ready for pick up after I was told through a text message that my a:c condenser needed to be replaced and asked if I wanted to purchase new tires no one responded to me saying that I didn’t want tires put on . I had to reply to the text message again to ask if my car was ready for pick up. I was originally told that it would be done in 3-4 hours, then when I went to drop off the car for repair at 845am I was told that it wouldn’t be done until 5pm, so my wait time doubled at the last minute. I’m also not happy that I will have to wait 3-6 weeks to have my a/c condenser replaced when it is under warranty. I was told to call back if I didn’t receive an update in 4 weeks. It is the middle of the summer and I have drive around for the rest of the summer with no a/c. I was offered a complimentary car wash but again my a/c is not working so driving through a car wash in this weather can be dangerous. I purchased my vehicle from Price Honda that was a good experience but I’m not satisfied with the body shop so far.
