Brittney was pleasant to talk to. She explained the service that I was going to receive and advised me ahead of time that the tire balance was going to be about $31. She answered my questions and let me make the decision to have my tires balanced. She didn't tell me I had to get them balanced or gave me some long story to why I needed the service.
