David Root was very respectful and professional so this is NOT a reflection on him. I bought a car from you about two weeks ago and it has an oil leak. This was the third time it has been in your service area and a dye was just put into the system so I need to wait until it presents itself. My concern is that this issue will not be covered by Price. I have bought two other cars from you and if this oil leak is not fixed, I expect a full refund of all money I had paid for the car. I will bring the car back when it leaks again.

I asked for the return mileage sticker be replaced. It was removed and not replaced. This is the third time (three visits in a row) I have asked for the return mileage sticker to be replaced and it hasn’t been done. Everything else was perfection, from when I got there until I picked it up. Just this one thing. It is more for my daughter who drives the car away at school so more a reminder for her as I don’t see/drive the car on a regular basis. So on a scale of 1-10,I would score 9.9

I’m accustomed to a summary of the work that was done on my car once all has been completed. This is not a major issue, since I know how read, I collected my receipt/work order completion form and proceeded to the departure door. Perhaps communication has changed due to COVID-19. The only issue I had was that I wasn’t told my car seat would have to be taken out to work on the car, so I left it. When I picked up my car, we had to scramble to get the seat back in to take my daughter home. I just wish I had been told when I made the appointment. Otherwise, everything else was great.
