I called for an appointment and asked what service I needed since on my last visit they said I need an expensive service. She checked with service and said not. When I came in I found out my service would exceed $1,00o. The rep are took two days. When I left the service folks failed to change my next oil change data showing it was 50 percent not 100 percent until the next oil change. My radio did not work: I needed to put in some code.
Dave Root apologized. He treated me well. However, someone needs to check to be sure things are done correctly.
