Kristi was wonderful. She provided as much help as possible. The problem was we left the car off at 9:00 am and it wasn't ready until 5:00 pm. That was an issue because we didn't want to drive back to Lewes, DE and waste gas and endure the traffic. I was told the work would be done within 2-3 hours Tops ! so it was a very long and frustrating day.

She was courteous and professional. When I came back to get my house keys that I forgot to remove, the service man was so helpful and friendly. Also when I picked up my car, she was not there but a different gentleman help me with the same kindness as Jenna and the other service gentleman. Most of my career was spent managing at the first, second, and VP level. I never needed to rely on our customers to evaluate my staff’s performance. If the person who manages your service advisors does not know both those individuals and the performance of their unit as well as the individuals in it and the professional and personal challenges that impact their individual performance then they should be seriously be reflecting on their own performance. I saw a group of first line individuals who were stressed, not afforded the resources needed to perform well, behaving in a manner that telegraphed their stress to their customers. Price used to do much better than I experienced today.

Jenna Racz is, by far, the best service writer I have ever encountered. I've bought dozens of automobiles, mostly Audis and Porsches, our CR-V & HR-V are our first Hondas, and she is really a superb performer. She's going to have a baby soon so I recommend that you do everything you can to get her to return to your shop after her baby is born. Also, for what it's worth, your sales department is a joke; enough said!

Call and made an appointment at 8:00am for a oil change and tire rotation was told that was an appointment to drop off my vehicle who needs an appointment to drop off your vehicle . Took 4 hours to do that.When you call an make an appointment that is your scheduled time 2 hours New people poor customer service Honda used to be great. But now plan on the whole day without a car no matter what you get done appointment or not it doesn’t matter

Before I made it home my tire pressure indicator came on. I had to research the manual and I calibrated the TPMS. Took it for a spin. So far so good, light is still off. I had an issue last year and had to return to the dealership to have them fix the issue. Last two times ive been in I’ve had an issue. All small issues but a problem none the less.
I will say that the people I’ve interacted with are super nice! It’s always easy to check in and check out.
