I was disapointed with your cleaning of my vehicle. There was no fix on the rear hatch issue. You replaced the hatch motor which was not the problem. The replacement motor was a warrenty charge back to Honda and there was nothing wrong with the hatch motor. I still have the hatch issue.
The assistant service manager ,Tracy Hayward was terrific keeping me informed of the progress of repairs. My Pilot was gone for 9 days. That was too long to do the repairs, even doing the wrong repair by replacement of the hatch motor which was NOT defective.

I came in without an appointment because my tire icon appeared on my dashboard. Kristi took me immediately and after consultation with the technician showed me a photo of the nail in th he tire was was irreparable. I was due for new tires within the next few months, so I had all four tires replaced. She kept me apprised of the progress and was exceptionally kind and responsible. Very nice unexpected experience. Thanks HONDA for the tire icon. This was the 3rd time I avoided a flat thanks to that icon.

The people and the service done was good. I shared with the representative that I've been disappointed that the car wash and vacuum was part of the service in the past but I had to ask for the vacuum and now the car wash is self serve only. I've been denied a car wash 2 or 3 times in the past year or two. Price has increased, service decreased. I'm willing to pay for good service but not when I get less service for a higher price.
