The car looked very nice and clean however the car service was not set up correctly. I explained in the morning that I work in Dover and was dropped off there. At the end of the day I waited 30 minutes for the car to pick me up. I tried calling and texting the number I was given to find out when my ride was coming. No answer except for a text that I was texting a landline number. I thought that was strange because I received a text from that number a few times during the day. I called the general service number and spoke to a nice person who looked into it. She found out the car service went to my home in Lewes. Why??Thankfully my coworker was still at work and she agreed to drive me to Price Honda.

I scheduled a platinum detail appointment last week. I inquired about a loaner as i work two jobs. I was told they don’t give loaner cars for a detail appointment. I arrived on time for my appointment on Monday May 18th. I had to get a ride because I wasn’t receiving a loaner. I received a call on Monday afternoon stating my car is not ready, they are short staffed and asked if i can leave the car there? I asked for a loaner and was told I can pick a loaner up. I had to get another ride to go get the loaner. On Tuesday I received a text message notification that my car is ready. I arrived to get my vehicle. I checked the car before leaving and was very unhappy about the detail job that was performed on my car. I could have taken my car anywhere to ger detailed, however I chose to take the car to Honda believing the job was going to be done to my satisfaction. I have been a loyal customer to Honda since 2004 when I bought my first new car a 2004 Honda Accord LX from Planet Honda in New Jersey. I first noticed that there was a piece not attached to the bottom of my passenger seat. I went inside and asked Kristi to come with me to the car. I showed her that along with the following The seats were not cleaned there was residue still on the seats. The car was not vacuumed correctly.There was still residue in the trunk jams (was not cleaned properly).It looked like they just wiped the car down with armor all completed unacceptable. I could have certainly done that myself. I have no complaints about Kristi she is a wonderful service advisor. I have dealt with her on many occasions as I have been in to get my car serviced on many occasions. I am disappointed with the detail job. At the present I am still waiting for my car to be completed. I just spent $850 last week having two services done, and I bought four brand new tires. Again I could have went anywhere to get four new tires, however I chose Honda because I have not had any bad experiences with Honda in all of the years that I’ve been a customer until now.
