I brought crab in for the wash/wax/interior clean that I received a coupon for and I found dirty spots on back sides of car and back end like car was just ran through a car wash instead of hand washed/waxed and buffed like coupon says. Coupon states clean carpets but I was informed this only means vacuumed not shampooed which was fine as mine weren’t stained but others may be confused as it states “clean carpets” and if you call a company and say I need my carpets cleaned they don’t just vacuum. Interior was awesome and windows were excellent. Fantastic job on that, just disappointed on outside. Thank you.
