Though I am not impressed with Honda’s ability to figure out why injectors are going bad on Ridgelines and pilots I am impressed with price Honda. Everybody was very nice and accommodating, truck now runs good and they did not charge me a penny. I will definitely be back for service. Keep up the good work.

Nichole was great. However it took 2 1/2 hours for an oil change. Also you have the signs all around about wearing masks and several men in service were not wearing them. One man didn't even have one around his neck to pull up. Also I bought tires from you and have 35,000 miles on them. They have plenty of tread on them but are dry rot and your service people are telling me it's normal. I like getting tires from you so I can get the rotated when I get my oil changed but not if I don't get any guarantee. I have always been very satisfied with you in the past but not this time
There was a guy there that I asked a question of when nichole was at lunch. He said which car is yours. I pointed to mine and said the honda. He very ignorant said there all hondas

I have a friend who sold and installed tires and said that is absolutely not true about the tires. I hope you will do something about this as I'd like to continue business with you. I am a senior citizen and can't take a chance with my tires blowing out on me
