I’m not a Honda owner. I unfortunately experienced tire failure whereby the tire pressure was falling close to zero very rapidly. The Honda dealership happened to be right beside where I was traveling on the highway. I pulled in just in time. Jenna Racz opened the electric service doors and I drove in. From the moment we met her she was helpful, calm and understanding. I said I realize my car is not a Honda and she said that it made no difference that she would help us in anyway that she could and she did. Not only are we in the middle of a pandemic but when this happened we were experiencing storms with strong winds and we were scared that we would be stranded along a busy highway. So it meant everything to us when she greeted us and was so helpful. She is a real asset to your dealership! Because of her I bought four new tires for my car and they were installed at the dealership as well. My car is typically only serviced by Mercedes Benz. Also because of her I also considered buying a car from the dealership. So I think that says it all. I don’t know her rank in the organization but she really deserves a lot of respect and should be rewarded for her great customer service!

This was our very first time purchasing a vehicle from Price Honda. When I saw this little used Honda Fit on the website, I was drawn to it. Unfortunately the vehicle was not quite ready for us to take it for a ride. Nathan was our sales person and always kept in contact with us as to when the vehicle would be available for us to test drive it. When it came time for purchase he went above and beyond to make sure we were 100% happy with our purchase. We did have to bring the vehicle to the service department due to a leak in in the trunk area. Jenna Racz from the service department was amazing. From the loaner car to the daily update texts, she always made sure we knew exactly what was going on. Even though the leak was not part of the warrenty we had on our purchase, she made sure it was repaired at no cost to us because we had just purchased the vehicle a short time ago. That is what GREAT customer service looks like! We will definitely come back to Price Honda for our next vehicle purchase.

The staff is wonderful and I have always used your facility but the cost was out of line. $1230 for labor was awful. You must have charged $150 an hour. This will lead me to getting a qualified mechanic who charges what should be charged.
I am very disappointed with only that aspect.
