I believe that your checkout staff should ask if there are coupons or discounts to be applied to payments and should actively seek them out if available. When discounts are available and your staff does not make mention of them, it seems as if you (Honda Service) are dishonest and out to get customers for the most money. We have another option to take our service to Union Park Honda because we work in New Castle County and they on average are about $20 cheaper per service. Show that you truly value your customers.
