I was a little surprised that the diagnostic fee was charged separately when we got the work done there. In the past, I thought it was included in the cost when the work was done there. Overall, it was an expensive trip to simply fix the inability of a tire to lower so it can be changed.

She was efficient in the check in and gave us the rundown as to what was going to be done and the cost. No surprise at the end of service which was very quick.
She did apologize for the lack of car wash and vacuum service and asked if we wanted it and that they will take care of it. Not a big deal considering what we as a country are dealing with, and even if we were not in this situation, my car and the the cleanest is my job not yours.
Very pleased with the service and concern of your employees.
