You did not have a very common part - replacement wiper blades - available making me have to call parts to ask if they’re in and then call service to have them installed. I would expect you folks to contact me when they are available and then arrange for installation. The Service Tech provided excellent customer service, but left the “wiper monkey” on my back!

They should tell u everything you are due for before doing all services. I don't know if they are suppose to vaccum and put down a paper matt but last time they did all of that. Also I had to walk and get my car last time they pulled it up. I also seen my car was ready for 20 minutes but they had me still sitting in lobby waiting.I just feel I can go to Walmart and get better service for what I pay with Honda. I had people came in after me and was finished before me and seen there cars being pulled up after they paid.. Also I have to give all my info when I get there every time when I should be in the system I mean if the system can tell u what I'm due for but don't know my address and phone number. Maybe next time it will be better services
