I went and bought my own air filters and replaced them. The company wanted to charge me 46-56 dollars for these sir filters it only cost me $40 for both.

As you know many customers are weary of bringing their vehicles back to the dealership because of trust issues regarding the actual need for services. In addition, the drive up for service is a new concept, and one that is confusing to me. Kristi explained everything to me in a manner that made feel comfortable and confident I would only get the services I needed at a competitive “PRICE “ point. I intend to write a letter to both the owner and corporate about my experience. I also go to the dealership because I want quality service with Honda parts and techs. However, I was totally frustrated and exhausted after my service today March 12. I was told I need an alignment in addition to my regular service and that what originally was quote over the phone as taking about hour changed to 3 hours. I did not want to make the drive up to Dover more than once so I agreed to the extra time. I was pleasantly surprised after 1.40 hours when I received a call from Nicole telling everything was completed. I paid and I stopped for groceries and was on my way home when the tire pressure light on the dashboard came on. This occurred 30 minutes into my drive home and I pulled over into Southern States in Milford. Whene unbeknown to me, gas was $1.99 a gallon and the lot was a mob scene. I called Price HOnda to ask what to do. I was told by Christina that she need to get Nicole my representative. After multiple trys to rectify the situation, where Nicole kept trying to explain what to do on the dashboard not listening to my complaints that my screen and dashboard did not look like what she was telling me to do. Nicole also asked me to check the tire pressure or find someone who would do that for me. At that point I became emotional and told her that the reason I come to the dealership is because I know nothing about cars and I am willing to pay for your expertise Finally, someone named Tracy told to me and send a tech named Rob who checked the tire pressure which was low on each tire.....he told me there were not punctures and he reset the dashboard so the icon for low tire pressure did not show. Where Nicole kept insisting the reset was on the right in the screen, Rob did the reset on the left side underneath . Needless to say, I am NOT a satisfied customer and thought I truly appreciate Rob being sent to help me, I lost over 2 hours of my time stressing over a situation that should have never happened. So, you may say 2 hours is not significant but when you are 73 as I am, 2 hours is important and now I have spend another 30 minutes composing these comments.
