Unfortunately the wrong part was ordered and service was short handed which delayed my work being completed. Work should have been done on Saturday and was not completed until Tuesday. I also am still waiting on the correct size hitch receiver to go with my hitch. Upon returning home I discovered a piece of trim on my new car was popped off. When I dropped the car off Friday night it was all intact. It would have been nice to have been notified earlier in my day when e work wasn’t going to be completed on time Monday and then when the eta for work was going to be finished today. Communication between departments seems to be broken down a bit when I compare the past 11+ that years that I have had vehicles serviced in your department.

I came in to get a quote on damage caused by a pothole and a replacement windshield. I told Calvin to give a quote for the replacement of the windshield and replacement of the rim as the tire is too damaged to remove from the rim a diagnose if it needs to be replaced. I was told my wait would be approximately an hour which is perfect and was in no rush but I didn’t get the text my car was done for 5 hours, i checked the status a couple times via text. Upon arrival to pickup my car Calvin was gone for the night so one of the nice ladies in the service department worked with me, the quote said nothing was wrong with my car and included a quote for a new tire, no rim (which the lady added for me), and windshield repairs not replacement. The lady instructed me further a diagnostic would be needed for the suspension which I told her is why i brought the car in. When I made the appointment I was told the diagnostic/quote would be $130 which was fine because I expected an accurate quote I could send the the insurance company for repairs but that quote doesn’t help me, my car rattles and makes noises since that pothole incident. I plan on calling the service manager Monday because I’ve been a long time customer of price honda and know it make cost more than other options but I’ve always been treated great and received great service, please note I drive from Salisbury cause of my experience here. Our family has purchased at least 10 NEW cars from price honda so im extremely disappointed. I look forward to talking. Matthew
