Efficient and courteous service!

Service was timely and courteous.

She most certainly should be commended for very efficient, courteous attention to my needs. She obviously knows her job well, is pleasant and easy to talk to, and got my car serviced exactly as I needed. I could not be more happy that she took care of me. Price Honda does have a way of staffing with good people!

While I am satisfied with the work completed, the customer service was extremely lacking. I arrived 15 min before my appointment was scheduled. I entered the service bay and noted that 4 out if the 5 service representatives were sitting at their kiosks, however, no one said a word to me or approached me until after I exited my vehicle and walked around to inquire about my next step. (This was my first time bringing my car for service since purchase). I was told my 2 representatives that someone would be with me shortly. After Mr. Root was finished with the customer before me, he approached me and I was explaining that I had called yesterday for this appointment and the issues with my tire pressure. He seemed very uninterested in what I had to say or my area of concern regarding my vehicle. The customer service I recieved by everyone up until the end was very poor. If I based my likeliness to return for service based on this expierence, I would not be returning. The young lady who checked me out at the end was very nice, informative and friendly. If it werent for the fact that I have already paid for this VIP service and am familiar with Calvin from another dealership, I would not retuen or reccomend Price Honda for service.

Your staff is so friendly and customer service oriented. Your waiting area is great! I have a jeep and although this is not a vehicle you sell new I would much rather obtain service from you than Holden Dodge. They are rude and not customer service oriented at all. Thank you for being top notch !

I have been having my Odessa serviced at Price since moving to Delaware 8 years ago. I have always been more than satisfied with the quality of work, the friendliness of the staff, and the cutesy and professional services provided. Kristi handled my visit this time. She was great. Kept me appraised, via text, as to the status of the work being done, and when it appeared that my van would be in the shop for an extended period, she immediately arranged for a loaner. I am very well pleased with the service Price provides and would highly recommend you to anyone. Tom M

My wife and I both have Honda vehicles. Having moved to Delaware within the last year, we were hoping we could find a local Honda dealer to service our vehicles as well as our previous Honda dealer in NJ. You have exceeded my expectations. Today, your service department went above and beyond by successfully removing a broken Honda wheel lock lug on my wife’s 2005 Pilot. Your parts department also helped me by ordering a new compact spare for this vehicle, which was picked up during the service call today.
