Kristi has done a great job keeping me informed On the status of my vehicle. From finding out the issue, to ordering the part, to keeping up-to-date on when the part is supposed to arrive, she has gone over and beyond what I expected. On a side note, I noticed the small ceiling fans in the drive through service area were really small unlike the “big ___ fans” I have seen at other Honda dealerships. I felt back for kristi and her coworkers sweltering in the hot service area. Please help them beat the summer heat and install some of the “big ___ fans” to help them and the customers stay cool.
