Do have to say the free car wash did not operate and while I went over to Accura parts to report the problem an irate employee met me on the way back to my car yelling at me for blocking the car wash. After he could not get it to work he just told me to come back later since he did not know how to reset it. Gotta say he needs just a bit of customer service training. The customer is wrong from the get go is not what Acura owners would expect or was it that I was a second class Honda owner?

I like how the team service is I give it a thumbs up although I work on vehicles professionally I thought it could of been done more efficiently and your price for certain work could b a little more competitive in pricing otherwise I’ll look they the work and let your managers know with a follow up otherwise overall 1-10 I’ll give the 6.5 to 7 due to price and the cleaning wasn’t as clean as I would expect from detailing was a little unhappy with that service

I was so pleased with Jenna as my service associate. She explained everything and shared the pictures so I could understand the scope of the problem. She answered all my questions and was so patient when I asked additional questions. She was very pleasant as well. I think she would be an excellent person to train future associates.
