I had an appointment for an oil change and 2 other items to be done. I took my car over at the allotted 11:30 slot and at 5pm 2 of the 3 things were done. The last item to have been done was a starter replacement which allegedly was the problem. However they said that they got a hold of the warranty department at that time and they approved it but at 5 PM it’s still hadn’t been fixed. I think over five hours to do an oil change, fix my Bluetooth which had to be re-coded and replace a starter was ample time. My car had to stay the night and the job was completed 10:30 the next morning. My starter still reproduced the same problem I had before you replaced it, so apparently it wasn’t the starter.
