Accord was in for recall. The recall notice said it would take 1/2 hour. When we arrived for our appointment we we told it would take 1-1/4 hours. It actually took 2-1/2 hours (5X what it should have). We were not given any updates or explanation until we tracked someone and asked.

Very prompt and courteous service today at Price Honda. My 2011 Accord SE has proven to be extremely reliable and durable as we just cleared the 230,000 mile mark. In regards to the facility amenities, free WiFi is greatly appreciated, I look forward to getting past the COVID-19 precautions as a cup of coffee would have been good.

Price service operation was smooth and efficient. However, I do think calling for a differential fluid service at only 16,000 miles is either unnecessary or overkill or both, and just runs up the total bill.
