You dont want me to leave a review. My car was only supposed to be about an hour and a half, endee up being left without a car for 3 days not including the hour drive each way I had to pay some to take me. To top it off when I got the pick up my car the front drivers side tire was Flat to the ground 7lbs of pressure. Luckily I had a pump in my trunk because service was gone

On 2/19/2021, my car was reportedly fixed and I paid excess of $700.00 for multiple misfires. On 2/25/2021,due to my car not starting, I had to cancel a medical appointment and had to have the car towed to Price Honda Dover as it was unsafe to drive as the check engine indicator noted misfire. Upon arrival to Price Honda the evening of 2/25/2021, Kristi advised me that the car started for her and wanted to know why I had the car towed. I informed Kristi that the check engine indicator stated misfire and that it was unsafe for me to drive the vehicle. In addition, that the check engine indicator code was the same code from the problem identified on 2/16/2021 and reportedly fixed on 2/19/2021. On 2/27/2021,I sent a text to Kristi requesting the following to be addressed to ensure that the problem was fixed and to confirm receipt of the text, however, no confirmation was received.
1) Please ensure after the test drive, shut off the car and test drive it again. I did notice a slight hesitancy when I turned on the car.
2) Please advise what exactly was done to correct the same problem identified on 2/16/2021.
On 3/1/2021 at approximately 3:30 p.m. I received a telephone call from Kristi that the same staff who worked on my car previously was assigned to work on my car and the staff was unable to reconstruct the problem that I had experienced including the check engine indicator, thus, no additional work was required. Kristi confirmed she had received and reviewed my text and confirmed that my car was test driven, engine turned off & on "multiple times with no problem."
Needless to say, this experience has been inconvenient, costly, and poor.
My plan is to pickup my car on 3/2/2021 with no sense of certainty that my car was fixed.
