Jenna Racz is an exceptional Customer Service Advisor. However, upon reviewing my final invoice with my wife I/we noticed that on Line F, the service technician had indicated that a wheel lock is missing on passenger rear wheel.
The fact of the matter is that the only place we take our Honda Pilot for any kind of service is at our originating Honda dealer, which is Price Honda.
I did not have a chance to speak to either my Customer Service advisor Jenna or anyone until now.
Therefore, I/we are requesting to have my rear wheel lock replaced by the same type of wheel lock or a new set of wheel locks be replaced at the next scheduled maintenance.

Kristi was amazing I come from Maryland to get my car service because of wonderful customer service like Kristi service. I trust your service department because they have never tried to over charge me or sell me simething that I didn’t not need, I will not mention witch dealership but I went to one and they told me I needed things I did nit and it was going to run between $600.00 and $800.00 I was so disappointed because Honda dealers have always been honest and good to me, and I felt like I was being taken advantage of until I found your service department. I will continue to drive to your location to get my car service it is worth the drive. Kristi took very good care of me, my family has went thru a lost and other difficulties in the last few weeks and I really didn’t want to have to deal with my car, but life goes on and I felt strongly that your location would take care of my car and not overcharge me as I have had to put a lot of funds out recently. I greatly appreciate you and your staff for your amazing customer service!.

I understand he was trying to do his job,but when a customer says ill get two tires now then thats what they nean,mean, figured in a few weeks I'd get two more I explained that to him,but I had to replace two right away,I understand ge needs to make sales but because if whats going on I could only afford the two,ge acted as if ge didn't want to sale me two and said it would throw the balance of car off,it would not make a differents as for if I had a flat damaged tire I wouldn't buy four new ones because of one tire,I grew up with cars as I said to him,I felt as if I was stupid because I was a women I new what I was doing i wanted the worst replaced first so I felt safe on road and not end up with a flat on a back road he did get things done in a timely manner I just felt he was pushing a little hard fir four tires,some of us are retired and have to do things another way when on limited in come,but some people do not want a pushy person, and im sure ge was trying to help but I felt as if ge was saying because I'm a woman I needed to do all some of us maybe old but still know some things just don't make snd old person feel stupid,if it had been a old car I could have had starter and alternator done in no time,so I'm just saying because I'm a women I understand what he said about tires,but some of us have to do things different. Thankyou I think the girls have a better way of talking to people compared to some guys I didn't want to affend but when they waited on me they were great and didn't think of me as a stupid old person, and he didn't say that it was the feeling I hot
