I requested that my tires be rotated and balanced along with the required services (B). I received a text that recalls would also be taken care of. 5 hours later I received a text that I needed new filters and 4 new tires were recommended but out of stock. I replied to the text asking for the date that I last had the filters changed. I received a reply that I was incorrectly told to replace the filters and replacement could wait until the next service appointment. When I picked up my vehicle I was told my tires were not balanced or rotated because of the recommendation that they be replaced. Why wasn’t I called and given a choice? When I got in my vehicle and left I noticed that I still had the warning light that my tire pressure was low for all four tires. I then had to return to the dealership to have air put in. Even now the pressure is not equal for the four tires. Someone has to clear my maintenance warning so they definitely saw the low pressure warning and chose not to do their job.
The entire experience was terrible and I have lost faith in your dealership. Two service people sat there typing on their computers for over 10 minutes yelling out they’d be with us shortly while another went to lunch all while the line of customers grew longer and longer. I was interested in speaking with someone about trading my vehicle in for a 2020 however after how I was treated today I will take my business elsewhere.

My lane watch camera was working fine before I arrived and now it’s just a black screen when I turn on my right turn signal or just press the button to manually turn on the camera.
