Considering my wife had to return to the dealership because low pressure lights came on. We aren’t happy. Not to mention every time we bring the car I. For service it feels like there is always and “unexpected” cost for something else that should be done. We have never had a car or a dealership for that matter that always seems to have something else that needs to be done when you bring it in for an oil change. What is even writer is when you quote a price for something that is 3 or 4 times the cost of the item in an auto parts store, for example a $60 air filter that at AutoZone cost $23. Not to mention when you call, some of the individuals speak to you like you are dumb and don’t know what you are talking about. If I lived closer to another dealership I most likely would be using them for service, that is how disappointed and frustrated I am with the service department. While I am at at maybe I should mention the lack of communication the department has also. If someone schedules an appointment for a tire change and when asked if the person would be staying at the dealership, would the service tech then try to talk the person out of staying by saying it would take 3+ hours for 4 tires to be mounted, balanced, and aligned? The person who scheduled my appointment made no mention of this length of time being 3+ when I said I would be staying to wait. So in the end, I can’t say the service experience has been all that great.
