I was told my truck could use a detail. This is my second time in service and I was not told about using the car wash. The whole process about scheduling an appointment online is confusing. It looks like away to make more money. I’m disappointed in this service and will probably go somewhere else for my next oil change and service.

I was treated very well when I arrived and left my vehicle in Honda’s hands.
Got quick respond on when my car maintenance was completed.
But on my way home my tire pressure light came on and since I was already on Rt1 south bound. I took a pic of the symbol light that came on and text it the representative. When I got home I called the representative since I didn’t hear back via text. She explained that it’s the tire pressure light came on either because they didn’t adjusted it when they rotated & balanced the tires or it could be I picked up a nail when I left. She told me how to take off the light which I did.
She also advise me to take the car to a tire shop and have the tires checked out since I’m 45 minutes away from the dealership.

I purchased a new vehicle to avoid the service department or lack there of for awhile. And within 24 hours there was an issue with the brand new vehicle. Also the detail shop did a terrible job my car has an oily substance everywhere inside the vehicle on the screen, the steering wheel where you grip it, all over my P,R,D,N buttons, windshield etc. They claimed to have wiped it down but I can see my fingerprints left in the oil from before I dropped it off. So dissatisfied with the customer service in the service department. Also you pull in the lane and if you've ever made a complaint that means they ignore you until you force someone to help you. Rude, disrespectful, people down there. Sales is GREAT! Roland and Issac took care of us to the best of their abilities and are wonderful people. I wish you luck if you have to vist the PRICE service center. Oh and they will have a manager call me and nothing will change and they will blame me per their usual routine.
