Brittany was attentive and friendly. I love my 12 year old Honda. I’ve always taken my CRV to Honda for maintenance and service and I think that is why it is in such good shape. I trust the car with my teenage daughter to bring her home safe. She loves the car too. I find myself comparing other shops to Honda’s service and Honda comes out on top.

Staff was fine but don’t understand why I couldn’t use the complimentary oil change that I have from the purchase of my accord. I did buy in PA and recently moved over an hour away from that dealership. All Honda’s come with one complimentary oil change no matter what dealer you buy from so why not honor it at all dealerships. Not sure if service department was understaffed but to wait over an hour for an oil change and tire rotation is ridiculous.

The interior was detailed and odors removed, but the seats and floor mats had way too much armor all type substance making everything extremely slippery

I am sure that the work done on the car was well done. When I came in to pick up the car the first person said ( I think her name is Shawn) I’ll be with you in a minute. She is usually outstanding. The wonderful person who put the plastic on the car seats walked in and asked what my name was and she picked up my paperwork. To have it ready, she was awesome from start to finish. She started to give it to Shawn but Shawn said get the people in the back who appeared to be talking. They said taken to register. The person ,someone in training was as pleasant as she could be but I had to ask what was done to my car? Did they get a price check like we had talked about? Were there any recommendations? Whe I got the call to pick my car up they said they would go over the paperwork with me when I got there but it appeared that the people in the outside area didn’t have the time , mind you there were no other customers out there. Shawn seemed to be on the phone but the two people in the back didn’t seem interested in providing service. Through observation it seemed like Shawn wanted to have the others step up. Of course that is my opinion. Strange thing is I have always had wonderful treatment from Honda. 20 years of cars , two new vans, 1 Pilot and two used cars for lids; 1 CRV and one Jeep. My car now is a Chevy but I continue to use Honda because I have always received good customer service and have felt comfortable at Honda. This experience certainly wasn’t what I would have thought would have occurred because it has never been this way. Disappointing. Of course I will be back because of our 4 cars three are from there. Just thought I’d mention this unfortunate experience. Sorry for some reason my phone wouldn’t let me go back and spell check. I hope this reads well.if you have any questions just ask.
