I had an issue with battery that is less than 2 yrs old and was told it needs to be replaced. This is the 2nd battery that I have had since I purchased the Ridgeline a little over 3 1/2 years ago. I believe I should have had a prorated or free battery provided since there apparently is an issue with Honda batteries, but was told I had to pay full cost of $216 for a new battery. I have been a repeat customer for many years purchasing 3 Hondas from Price. Batteries average 5-7 years of charge, but neither of the ones in my Ridgeline have lasted 2 years. What can you do to keep my business.
