We stopped at Price while enroute from Virginia to NY with no appt. Kristi welcomed us, listened to our issue and took care of things to work us in. All worked out well and we were on our way. I had an issue with battery that is less than 2 yrs old and was told it needs to be replaced. This is the 2nd battery that I have had since I purchased the Ridgeline a little over 3 1/2 years ago. I believe I should have had a prorated or free battery provided since there apparently is an issue with Honda batteries, but was told I had to pay full cost of $216 for a new battery. I have been a repeat customer for many years purchasing 3 Hondas from Price. Batteries average 5-7 years of charge, but neither of the ones in my Ridgeline have lasted 2 years. What can you do to keep my business.
