I understand that your shuttle service only goes 10 miles. But it was 14 miles to my job in Smyrna and I was denied shuttle service for 4 extra miles! I guess rules are rules. Other than that I think I was happy with my experience at Price Honda.

I wanted my cabin and engine filters changed as I know it’ll be another 6+ months since I will be back. The tech checked a yellow box as they were dirty but not too dirty. I was told it would be a waste to change them, while I appreciate saving the money I would still have liked them changed which they were not. If they were completely good, the tech would have marked them green as good and not dirty. Was also offered a complimentary car wash. After given directions down the parking lot n to enter a code, it didn’t work. Sat in the wash and nothing happened. Turned around to try to get it to work and still nothing. My car is dirtier than I started out with. Someone tried to help me and went thru the wash first and then said I would be good to go but nope still nothing. So left out of total frustration to go pay $15 for a car wash to get the grim off it from sitting in one that wouldn’t work. If it’s free then someone should run the car thru for the customer.
