The waiting area is; noisy and too cool. It seems you could still at least provide bottled water. Theres coffee that requires more personal contact with the machine than the refrigerator.

The parts were not at the dealership at the time of my scheduled appointment. I was not made aware of this until after an hour of waiting at the dealership (under the impression that my new key was getting programmed). Shawn was rude and unprofessional when I mentioned how upset I was that 1) I was scheduled to come in when it was known the parts would not come in on time at the time of my scheduling. 2) I wasn’t notified before coming in that the parts were not there. 3) I was not told that the parts weren’t there until after I wasted an hour of my Monday waiting at the dealership. When I spoke to the manager, Tracy, she made everything right for us and made sure we were taken care of, but overall it was an unsatisfactory experience.
