Brittany did a great job but I was very dissatisfied with my service. I originally scheduled a service for last Saturday. I drive 1 hr and 20 minutes for the service. This is the closest dealership for me. Shawn contacted me late Friday afternoon to inform me that none of the parts had been ordered for my service the next morning. I had to reschedule for this Saturday (after already changing plans). I went off my service today and was told only 3 of the 4 tires were in stock. A substitute was made but still frustrating because still had to pay more than the $729.84 quoted. Then upon review and check out, I was told that back interior panel was checked when replacing the back up camera. Even though it has been ordered, this is additional unnecessary gas, wear on car and time (almost 3 hours in travel) for another mistake. I have had my Pilot serviced for 10 years at the recommended time and had all services each time but I have been noticing the the service is becoming less reliable. Furthermore, when I got in the Pilot to leave, I noticed a new scratch on the Honda emblem on my steering wheel. I had already lost enough time and frustration, that I did not take the time to turn around and point it out. Frustrating and disappointing. Tamy Buckel

I think the mechanic could have found the problem with my exhaust header earlier than later

David was negative about our outcome from the minute we came in. He did nothing to accommodate us and didn't put the customer first

I am glad to know about the car wash- it was never possible or easy before. I would like to see better signage on what to expect when at the car wash about putting your car in neutral , park, etc- I was concerned I was ruining my car.
