Oil change and 1 tire replacement (nail in tire). Took 3 hours. I waited at the dealership. Said my car was ready but then waited an hour for tire to be replaced. Tech did not have a face covering on and did not wipe down steering wheel aftwr test driving my car. I am going to glen mills for service. Three hours! Service tech should have said something I would have dropped off car and picked up. No carwash either. Guess you really dont want my business

Took longer than was told. I had to ask Luis to check on my vehicle after he said it would take 1 hour to 1 hour and 15min. He didn’t even check in with me when the took my car in to get my tire replaced. I waited 2 hours to replace a tire that was under warranty. He had no sense of urgency when I asked him for a status update he just kept saying it wasn’t driven in yet and he couldn’t even tell me how much longer it would be before it would be driven in for service. He begrudgingly got up from his desk and walked to the shop floor to ask the mechanics where my car was. The mechanics were like it’s done and drove my car up promptly but I then had to wait another 20mins for him to call in the warranty. When I brought my car in to have my tire either replaced or patched I had told Luis that I needed it done as soon as he could because I had a lot of errands to run on my day off he was very standoffish and didn’t understand the urgency of getting my issue resolved. I am a very loyal Toyota owner and only trust Newark Toyota world Service to take care of my car. I however dislike Luis’s attitude towards taking care of my issue. I a one point saw him on his personal phone and not checking up on my car or other clients cars. This was probably one of the worst experiences I have had and I sadly will not like Luis to take care of me the next time I come in. Please make note on my account that Luis is not to take care of my service needs anytime I come in either by appointment or walk-in. I will only work with service agents that take pride in their job and understand clients come first. I will only work with service reps Chuck, Dave , and there is another Dave going forward.
