Why were 5 different people not wearing masks indoors, with A/C running, while the waiting room is was full. Three of them well within 6-10 ft of me. If the staff can’t take safety precautions to keep their customers safe maybe let the customer know. Some of us are living with or are high risk. If I had know that was happening there I wouldn’t have gone in for service today. Having the service done shouldn’t have felt like a high risk endeavor, but here I am. I want to note that my particular service rep was wearing a mask and was kind and helpful 5/5 or 10/10 for him individually.. But his peers, especially the one of them in the office behind him busy flirting with two others less than 6 ft away (all three masks down), really made me uncomfortable. There are probably a half dozen ways the owners/leadership of this location could further mitigate the likelihood of COVID spreading in their facility. I would wager a good amount of money that someone has caught covid in that facility within the past 7 days. Which is unfortunate for the staff, vendors and customers that have to go there.

Repair did not fix problem! Schedule another appoint next Tuesday for additional evaluation. Truck will not pass emissions test. Sensors in truck indicate same sensor recently replaced. Light comes on in truck.
