Took pictures of the level of my windshield wiper fluid’s and they were not touched they weren’t at full capacity either so not sure what was done with the truck I thought they would top it off at least so I guess not so it’s a little disappointing to see that and wondering what was done with it

As a member of the Newark Rewards Program, we were disappointed today that our car was not washed, as it had been every other time we had it serviced. I know it says in the flyer that we “technically “ had to ask, but our car was filthy & could have really used the car wash. I came in for an oil change and tire rotation. It was suppose to take 60-75 mins. Then I had some light bulbs replaced and cabin filter that should be done relatively quickly since the parts were in stock. I ended being there for over 2 hrs and Dave forgot about me. He was with another client. I had to ask someone else to let me pay and leave since my car was already pulled up. I also felt pressured to get my fluids flushed and more pressure with spark plugs. It looked like the fluids flush may have been recommended and that the spark plugs were done but I was told that they were not. Nor did I want to stay another hour or two to have this resolved.
