Brian was great, but it took 25 minutes to get my car back after 3 different people checking my receipt/paperwork and brining out the wrong car. I was only 1 of 2 customers in the whole building being that it was 7 am. This wouldn’t have been an issue if I didn’t need to be somewhere, but I did. The service of getting the car situated was great, but the pickup experience was incredibly frustrating. Again, very satisfied with the customer service provided by Brian.

Worst detailing I've ever received there. I have 3 Toyotas and am there twice a year for detailing. Had to take a Clorox wore and clean my own seats, area near the cup holders, and wore dust near the dashboard. Bad part is, it didn't go in as dirt as some of my other ones. Feel robbed out of $140

Adhesive was left on all four tires that got repainted due to scrapes during last service. In addition two huge scratches in the paint have appeared on the front of my car that were not there prior to bringing the car in today. I am beyond upset about the lack of care that caused these new scapes. I trusted your service center to fix my issue from last time and instead I now have a new issue to deal with.
