When I called to schedule, I was told that if I got it in by 10:15, it would be 3-5 hours. I got it in at 10:00 and Luis said 5:00, which is 7 hours. By then I had already had my neighbor follow me there so, I was pretty much stuck. I arrived to pick it up at 4:45 because that’s the only time I could get a ride back. I waited outside and saw that my car didn’t even go for the oil change until after 5:00. The car was ready at 5:30. I would’ve picked another day if I had known that it would take so long. I guess this has more to do with the person taking the appointment than Luis but why isn’t the communication more effective there? I live ten minutes away and got the car there 15 minutes before I was told to.
